Firday, after delivering a load to the Wal-Mart Layout Center in Bentonville, Arkansas, I decided to go to the Wal-Mart Visitor’s Center. Basically, it is the original Walton’s 5 and 10 cent store (the forerunner of Wal-Mart) turned into a museum of sorts. It is very nicely done and has LOT of information about Sam Walton and the beginings of Wal-Mart.
If you are interested in this type of experience, I suggest you check it out. The town of Bentonville, Arkansas is a very nice little town also.
Here is a link to their web site Wal-Mart Visitor’s Center
Have you been there? What did you think?
